I'm Sina from Cleveland, Ohio - welcome!
I began my professional career as a clinical mental health counselor in 2017, working in private practice and exploring and helping with individual's needs.
UX Design and research came up when I've noticed a variety of barriers to client care, prior to an intial therapy appointment. I often found myself doing my own observations and changing formats of forms, or how I sent information out to help client's have the best and most user friendly experience. It occurred to me I could do UX research, and thus - the transition began!
I have certifications with Front-End development and UX design and research, with emphasis on user experience and emotion. When I'm not working, I like to attend concerts, indulge in some good food, and travel.
